The Catholic Bible Foundation invites youths and young adults to an event on Saturday, 27 and Sunday, 28 May at St David’s Marist Inanda, Sandton.
Cost is R150 per person for both days.
We are living in challenging times and the youth have not been spared. There are too many voices – peer pressure, bullying, unlimited access to internet, rampant and pervasive substance abuse, anxiety, depression, sexuality issues, to mention but a few. Guided by a panel of experts, the event is structured in a manner that will speak to the daily realities of our youth. Breakaway sessions will allow them to openly and safely address their challenges. An opportunity to present their solutions to the bigger plenary and creating personal vision boards will also be provided.
The event will conclude with Mass said by Archbishop Emeritus William Slattery.
